Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

I stayed at Anantara The Palm in 2018 and had a wonderful vacation—the food, amenities, and rooms were all top-notch. I returned again in 2025, and the experience was still great. The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Of course, some of the amenities are starting to show their age, but that’s expected over time. What matters most is the atmosphere, and I truly felt relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for another lovely stay.

From the moment we arrived at Anantara, the wonderful staff could not do enough for us. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. The resort itself was amazing. Brilliant for families, with 3 lagoons to choose from and plenty of activities if you wanted them. Our room was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable, heaps of room, huge bathroom and lovely balcony with a beautiful lagoon view. We ate at Bushman's the first night and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the food was sensational. We dined at Mekong the second night and again the food exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely go back to Anantara.

We have stayed earlier at Anantara as a couple and hence thought to take our larger family there. We had booked 4 residence rooms assuming it's the same but it was at the residences and not at the lagoon across townhouses. However the lady Chaima who booked us in was sweet enough to arrange for other rooms along the lagoon in discussion with the Manager Roman and Supervisor Maffer at an extra cost. We have stayed in other big hotel groups but the cordial discussions made the stay lovely. The arrangements were excellent right from the cleanliness to the wide variety of Breakfast food.

The hotel is exceptional, from the very friendly / helpful staff, to the facilities and on-site restaurants. We dined in most of the restaurants on site, and enjoyed all of the food on offer. Our room attendant Poriyantha was incredibly helpful, thorough and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable in our Lagoon direct access room. Overall, an awesome 4 days spent on site, wishing we'd booked for longer!

Fabulous Resort with beautiful Lagoons all around . Very well maintained Resort with relaxing atmosphere and swimming in Lagoons is a unique experience . Staff is very courtious and helpful & always at your service .
